Well, it's been a couple of weeks now and I could have moved the site to a completely different hosting company and back by now, but I have been assured that the move will be complete 'by the end of the month.'
I'm not quite sure what the delays are, but I had everything all ready to move and just needed the hosting company to forward my address. I can give them a few more days, I suppose.
